BBQ sauce???

Post by kiribeth »

I went to a midnight showing of Batman tonight and had the very unpleasant suprise of coming back out to the parking lot and finding -- nasty BBQ sauce splattered on my Vibe. An abandoned fast food bag and empty packets scattered around the front side were the only remaining trace of the hooligans. Poor Riley (Vibe)! Good thing I was planning a bath for her tomorrow anyway. But seriously---barbeque sauce??? What the heck!?

Riley? Cute. Sorry, I like it. Ok, bbq sauce, huh? Never heard of that before. They were just jealous, that's all. Not everyone can be a Vibe lover. I would give it a rinse though, not sure the acidict content of bbq sauce but you don't want that eating through. Riley...

It's not too bad to get off, I had a run in with a vengeful banana split to-go (long story) and it washed off with no problem. Just don't let it bake on in the sun.

Yes, the offensive sauce got a spot-clean last night. that stuff is mostly ketchup (read: acidity) and can't possibly be good for the finish. Cleaning up rancid smelling sauce is not really my *choice* activity for 2:45 in the morning, but no way was that stuff staying on there!Quote, originally posted by Mr. Poopypants » I had a run in with a vengeful banana split to-go (long story) and it washed off with no problem. Obviously someone thought your car looked better with it on! Not that I condone that type of behavior... People are F-ed up these days!

I was out with Kim (my fiance, my girlfriend at the time of the banana split encounter) eating dinner at Denny's and my crazy ex came in, saw us, ordered a banana split to go and it ended up on the hood and windshield of my car.

I've had a banana split incident as well.My wife took the car with her sister to go get ice cream....They managed to dump not one, but two banana splits over the center counsel....down the parking brake. My little useless change holder there is still sticky.
