Just fixed our Vibe, ac tube off.did a four hundred mile roady the other day and even with some mountain driving got 39.117 mpg.I love that little 'ol car.Sunroof open all windows open and a comfy ride.Right now I've got the carpet up air drying on pass side.
The two tone gray, 5 spd,I love that, power everything cept seats. Its not the monsoon stereo but im still impressed with the stock cd/radio.nice jams.got the nice wheels no covers.I hope the sunroof doesnt give us problems cause I like that to,I did run a cable down the forward drain holes are there rear ones?
there are rear drain hoses, but I do not think the top ends are easily accessible. You can find the bottom ends underneath, behind the rear wheels. I never messed with mine, but I haven't had a problem with thee drains in two and half years so far. is yours a 2005?
2004, my drains werent blocked I cleaned em just in case. my issue was my ac drain tube was undone, I put it back in and zippy tied it up. Zippy cai a.

Nice to see someone else is getting 40ish mpg on the highway...no one ever believes me when I tell them I got 41-42 on relatively flat interstates last weekend. I got 40 mpg the first road trip I ever took it on when it was 6 months old, and the dealership didn't even believe I'd gotten that kind of gas mileage when I went in for the oil change after I got back. But it gets that consistently on trips, so I know it's not just a bad gas pump kicking off too soon...apparently a few of these Vibes get phenomenal gas mileage. Glad mine's one of them! LOL
