I don't know much about engines i'm more of an electronic and paint/body goof, but I was wanting to know is it a bad idea to start adding engine mods on an engine with 40,000 miles on it?

Wow. You've waited a while . Yeah. It's cool to start doing engine mods to your car. Just to let ya know, if you're gonna be doing some exhaust work, the bolts will be beyond rusted. Just a heads up.Inder

Spent too much time working on the inside. Thanks for the heads up, I'v got a Borla Catback on order. Now I'm tryin to decide what I need to do. Car has decent power but very low 0-60.

Intake/exhaust, and I think the best solution to that is get a Unichip. Not cheap, but gives a much better low-end than anything else, I believe.
