All the cd's i put in to play,finish to have scratches on the cd'sFew month a ago i buy a new album,i let 99.9% of time i let the cd in player,and become worst and worst,the player start to jump music segment because of the scratch. Anyone experience this situation?

the stock head unit in my last vehicle ('01 nissan frontier) *ate* cds. after the first week and the third cd i had destroyed, i started just making a copy of any cd i wanted to listen to on the go. i took it to the dealership four times, but they refused to replace it. eventually i replaced it with and aftermarket unit and never had another problem. is this a recent development, or something that's been happening since you got the vehicle?
