when changing out car seats... is it possible to use one of the "universal" dapters to put in say... another cars seats.. ??better yet, do you guys know what other higher end vihicle share our seats.. no, seat dimensions. i really want power seats, with heat i don't want racing seats. i want power bucket seats, and i'm willing to custom fit them if somebody could point me out in the right direction.

As far as 'universal' adapters, I don't think you will find them anywhere, seats are so different from car to car that a universal adapter would look like a gigantic piece of metal swiss cheese. I would look at the parts list and cross reference the seat rails with other Toyota models.
