Seat cover suggestions

Post by lofftjm »

Hi everyone,I am looking for some suggestions for seat covers for a 2003 Vibe. I really like the neoprene ones made by Coverking, but it seams that they are not made for seats with side airbags.http://www.car-truck-accessori...e.aspCan anyone offer any suggestions?

It is difficult to know how seat covers will affect the deployment of the side air bags, I haven't seen any aftermarket seat covers that specifically say that they will not interfere with the side air bags.

I would think that with the force of an airbag expanding, it would tear through the seat cover. I could be wrong.

If I remember correctly when I ordered mine, Wet Okole has a box you mark if you have the seat diployed airbags. So I would assume that they will do something with the design of the covers to make them functional. Check out their website or call them for more details. http://wetokole.com/

I think RedLava is right though, I do remember something about that when I was pricing out the covers.
