What year Elantra - how many miles? I have heard varying stories regarding reliability. I had my 2003 Vibe serviced today - while waiting sat in a new G6. For some reason I just don't like the seating positin in any sedan.FYI - while I have only put 14,850 miles on my Vibe which I have had for 28 months, all I have ever done is change the oil every 3,000-3,500 miles and rotated the tires twice. Because I watch for coupons and deals etc. my total cost for this has been less than $80. The Goodyear dealer told me my tires are "cupped" and they do have a road noise typical of cupped tires. Do not know what caused that. Not wearing unevenly. Might be the nature of the Conti tires. A minor annoyance. They are going to replace my drivers side weatherstrip which is damaged because this cars design seems to allow you to close the door with the seat belt hook in the way. Got to get into the habit of taking my seat belt off before I open the door. I have been fortunate - no paint problems.
