Ok here it is the answere now you can use them anytime.--This a picture of the switch out of position from the column--From the picture you can see the green w/white wire and a black wire. The green with white is the parking light negative output and the black wire is the neg input wire for the fog lights. All the needs to be done is take the black wire out of the small white plug and tie it to the green with white. Now you will have fog lights with parking lights and with high and low beams. They will go off when you turn the lights off as normal.

great job! if i had mine still, i'd be doing this. same issue w/ the new car, but i found a thread on legacygt.com. i love forums! already got rid of the annoying seatbelt chime!
