Removing Rear Cargo Panels

I have a question? Does anyone have info on how to remove the plastic panels on either side of the rear cargo area, as well as the one attached to the hatch. I want to sound proof the cargo area and don't want to break anything (has happened to me once before). Or are the just held on with retainer clips so all I have to do is pull and pray. Any infor will help. Thanks.
