I know there are a few here, so I thought I would post this info. "Mr RKSport" himself that if you are in the area you can drive over and pick up your parts personnally instead of paying their (to me) high S&H prices. Also, for all us military folks put there, Racecrafter told me in the other post that military gets a discount at RKSport. I don't know how much it is, but anything is better than nothing!!

Not sure if anyone cares as I don't receieve a lot of response from these, but I called RKSport to find out about getting this "supposed" military discount I was told about by "Mr. RKSport" at the SDIAS, and was told that nothing is ready for the Vibe and probably won't be until the end of March! I don't understand how sites like http://RKSport.com and http://LMPerformance.com are already listing these parts with prices and all, but according to RKSport the prices are not set and the parts won't be available until the end of March. They also didn't have a clue what i was talking about when I mentioned the military discount, Go Figure! Oh well. Just keeping everyone informed in case anyone else wanted to know. Not sure about the hood however as I was under the impression a while back that it was already available. You'll have to call on that one or ask Chris(psychovibe).

I still plan to get those parts from them(if they ever come out I guess!), plus a sponsor I just got shows they deal with RKSport, so I may make out better regardless. Might just have to wait. The last time I talked to them(RKSport) they said they were just taking pre-orders, but then to say prices aren't even set and they may change some of the parts a bit seems kind of weird to be taking orders already. Whatever, I still want them, and I guess I'll just have to wait to get them. Hopefully it will be worth it and not a waste of my time or $$!

UPDATE.....Well, as seems to be the case with me and trying to get stuff for the Vibe, I have been let down again. For anyone with big plans to get the RKSport body kit, start looking somewhere else. I just got off the phone with them and apparently there wasn't enough interest (last minute realization I guess since ever time before they said there was no plans for cancelling it ) in the kit so they have dropped plans to build it. Go figure that I didn't order the rear bumper from Chris thinking this was going to be available . Soooo, they are building the hoods, CF roof caps, and top spoiler. Just wanted to let anyone interested know before they get their hopes up if it's not already too late. I'm just pissed that they kept leading me on to believe that this stuff was definitely going into production. Guess I better start saving my pennies and hope that I can still get the rear bumper from Chris!!!

Just read the thread! I guess that is why I have not heard any thing about the spolier I oreder in Feb. I think it sucks that they even have the stuff on the web if they are not going to sell it. They should at least tell you in advance that it is not avilable yet.

They said they were advertising it (they have the stuff on at least 2 different sites) to guage interest. They claim their is little interest so they are not going through with it, POSSIBLY! 1 guy said it was dead, the next guy (the sales manager) said it MIGHT still come out. I just don't understand why they would put it in their catalogs, list prices on the site, take per-orders, and all that when they aren't even sure if they are going to make it! I am giving up on them. MAYBE if they decide to sell the top spoiler before I get the GM one I will get theirs, but I don't see that happening!

Allow me to set the record straight. Military discount is 10% off. Secondly if you want the kit to be built, call and place an order. If we don't get enough general interest with the pre-sale, we won't spend the very costly time for R&D to make molds. Call us place an order, you don't get charged for the pre-order until the products are made and ready to ship.Jim "The Racecrafter" aka RK Sport Sales Manager(PS "Mr. RK Sport" is Robert "RK" Smith who is one of the coolest people to know or work for. He's currently in the production dept. as I type this slinging resin and composite materials in his jeans and t-shirt!)
