speaking of unichip, i want to install the switches for the thing next to the rear hatch release button on the left side of the steering wheel...there are two blanks there where i can install them...anyone have any idea how to mount switches there?..
You can easily pop the blanks out then drill them if you need to. That's how I installed one of my accessory switches. Or if you want to make it look prettier, you can go to a autoparts store and buy the direct fit panel switches.
I have a Toyota foglight switch over there to control my under dash LEDs, and it's made specifically to fit there. No drilling required, just pull the changeholder out, push the blanks out with your fingers, and put the switch in the place of one of the blanks. ColonelPanic found them...the link is in this post... http://forums.genvibe.com/zero...81566
