C.G. Enterprises Automotive Inc.

Post by Stone »

Has any one had any problems with ordering the cabin filters from C.G. Enterprises Automotive Inc? Here http://cgenterprises.com/ I order one about eight weeks or longer from them. After five weeks I called and asked them about my order and they told me they would send me another one the next day. That was cool and they were as nice as could be about the deal as any one could be. Well that has been at least three weeks and still no filter. It is being shipped to the US to the state of Ms. I just think that we have a (removed) that works in the customs that may own a Vibe and is getting them. LOL Just kidding. I feel bad to call them again and tell them I did get the reorder. So has any one else had this problem getting them sent to the US or problems from C.G. Enterprises?

I've never dealt with that company before. I have however bought several things from Canada and had them shipped to IN. It only took about 4 days to get here. Matter of fact, I just got 3 things last week from Canada. So, I would call them again and see if they have the right shipping address and postal code. Also ask them to give you a tracking number. Good luck

I will try to be nice as this is just C. G. Enterprise problem. Filter came today after three + months from ordering it. On the packing slip they put the wrong address and marked it as a internet order. Not, I called in the order and in the past three + months I confirmed my address with them four times. They didn't even spell the name of the street right and I told them how to spell it. Had 333 Suzan Cove should of been 111 Suzanne Cove. They even be a UPS sticker on the out side of the package. It had been removed. Hum.......... It came by FedEx. They had FedEx call me first of this week to get the right address. They don't even have the right order date on the packing slip. Now for the kick in the ### part. It came with the package damaged. When I opened it up the filter is damaged. See photos. Now I will have to deal with these people again. What's another 3 months to get another one? Did the shipper damaged the package well yes I fugure but which shipper? UPS or FedEx? LOL or Maybe I will call my bank and get a charge back on the card and go buy the home filter and cut my own. I guess I just had this neon light on my head that said he don't really want this filter or something. Could not get the photos to load as the server wants to add a http:// to my link, Can get the photos here ......... (attachments in .ZIP)

It doesn't look like the damage is anything that would prevent it from working, however. Maybe it's time to cut your losses and save the stress of dealing with them again? Or just use that filter and see if you can get them to send you another - at least you might get a free filter for your aggravation.

Well I sent them a email and told them what happen to the package and sent them the photos. Told them it was up to them how they handled this to keep me as a customer As I figure not a word from them. Too bad as this looked to be a good place to buy the cabin filters. But I not be able to go through this again. I would think that they be other places that can sell these filters for near the same price. I find it hard that they be the only ones. Looks like it be cut my own the next time. I like to say beware but it looks like other people have good dealings with them.
