Matchbox Robots Vibe!

Post by AKLGT »

so i always go to the toy section whenever i go to walmart or other store. i'm looking through the various toy cars and i see the matchbox set of Robots cars. the top car kinda looks like a vibe, but i figure it's probably an orange focus with pics of Robots. so i look closer and closer and realize it's a VIBE! if i could have got it without the other lame cars, i'd have bought it! add it to my collection..

Like Jahntassa said, it's more collectible if they're still in the package. I have probably a couple hundred NASCAR and NHRA die casts, and every one except the first one I ever got, back in 4th grade, is still in the box. But I can't find a Vibe other than the Matchbox Hero City!

She needs to get one of those glass cabinets to set it all up in. My brother has a couple filled with diecast corvettes.

I have 55 1/18th scale die cast Corvettes one of every year made and various others. And hundreds of Dale Earnhardt Sr cars, 1/64th & 1/24th. All before he died and safely packaged away, original packaging. Some Dale Jr., only 1/24th Action and when he wins. I always laugh at the Seinfeld where Jerry drugs his girfiend to play with her old toys. George and Jerry even play her elec hand held football game. LOL! To funny!

I don't have any 1/18ths at all, unfortunately...most of mine are 1/24th. I have a lot of NHRA stuff too; the 1/24th scale top fuelers are really cool. That collection is going to be a fun one to move out of my parents' house...haha.

I have seen those too. And to be honest that has been the only toy Vibe I have seen in Iowa. But as with most things I expect to see the rest in about oh... 2 years.

Who makes that larger silver one? I gotta get one of those, too! I'll mask it all off and paint it to match my car (monotone Neptune). I want one! I want one!
