is there any conversion kits out there for rear drum to disc?

Stainless Steel Brake Corporation makes 12 inch disc conversion kits...

http://www.rsmracing.comI just had that conversion done 12.5" rotors all the way around.etc...some custom mounts will be needed....but if you contact them i'm sure they can help you
