Vibe Accessories

Post by Trina »

Howdy everyone .. I have recently purchased a 05 base Vibe .. and I was wondering what you all thought about which accessories would be beneficial to get. I was thinking about the cargo mat, cargo net, and the rear bumper protector. Thoughts ?

Performance enhancements or visual enhancements?

The mat for sure, and the bumper protector. The all weather mats, if you didn't get them with the vehicle.http://www.gmgoodwrench.com/ac...85456If you want VentVisors, this is where you get the ones that don't use 2-sided tape, and they have other neat stuff too.http://www.weathertech.com/

Don't have bumper protector but I'd probably get it if I did it over again; still might get it done.I've also got seatcovers from "seatcoverfactory" on Ebay. Fantastic price, great seat covers. Since I've got an 18mo old, a must have...

Hi Trina, Welcome to Genvibe! There are many things you can do to personalize your Vibe. You might want to consider a body graphic for the sides. Someone mentioned Ryan and Graphicsworks.com. He has some nice overlays for the emblems and such. Injen valve cover and plug cover to replace the plastic shroud that covers the top of the engine. Shifter knob, Dash overlay kit, custom leather interior (trdvibe) has a real nice two tone leather kit from Katskins. Under-body neon or LED's. So many possible things you can do to enhance the looks of your Vibe... Hope this helps..

Hello Trina,I have the mat (recovered from my 1st vibe), and added a bumper protector to my new one since it's painted. It looks nice, don't know if it's protected it yet! The mat is a must IMO. I'm working on my wife to let me tint the windows this year.welcome to genvibe, btw!john

I bought the bumper protector on my 2 tone and really didn't need it...but it looks cool. If I could do it over again, I'd probably not buy it. That's just MHO though.
