Question about TRD help PLEASE!

Ok, I posted my question in the TRD acc. forum, but no one has posted in there since I did a few days ago. I ordered some stuff from TRDsales.com on the 16th and it said it shipped air mail. I expected in maybe a week or less but its still not here. Im wondering if anyone has any experience with the site and if i should be worried about the order (I used my moms credit card ) or am i just being impatient? I emailed twice and havent received responses. Thanks for any info/help

try and get a tracking number and check wtih the shipping co.

I tried and they won't answer my emails and i have no idea how to reach usps and get info when all i have is my order no. from the site

I haven't ordered from them but I imagine it would take a few weeks for things to get here from New Zealand. If you are really worried get a phone card and call them.
