Option 1http://www.tirerack.com/tires/...=trueOption 2http://www.tirerack.com/tires/...1=yesFeel free to add other options, but I want to stay close to the prices shown there. Definitely don't want to go over say $175 per tire. Just looking for something that looks good and sporty but will last a long time and provide decent performance.

I'd be careful with the Dunlops, I hear they tend to be noisy and a bit harsh to ride on...I recommend Kumhos (no, I'm not a paid endorsement ). I personally use Kumho Ectsa Supra 712. It has awesome traction, was about $110 a tire, and seems to be wearing slowly, but can't say for sure. I have yet to wear out a set entirely to know how they last longevity-wise.All of Kumho's passenger car tires are here:http://www.kumhotire.com/int/T...SUGR1Take a look, and then check the online guys for pricing. You won't be disappointed.
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

I can tell you NOT to get the Dunlops FM901's. I have them on my Vibe Right now....if the freight wouldn't kill us both, id' sell you mine cheap!, they have less than 4K miles on them. They are the loudest tires I think I've ever owned. They came on the car...I've since put a set of the G009's on another Vibe, plus a few other cars, and if you read the recommendations they are rated very highly, esp in the would buy again catagory. Opps just noticed your tire size....not much in that size.....I'd go with anything BUT Dunlop, still....Oh, doesn't matter, did you see this on Tire Rack's site....Estimated Availability: Not Available

I had Falken Beta FK451 last summer and they were amazing tires. Quiet, great in the rain and I couldn't drive them hard enough to loose grip on dry roads. They lasted 50,000 miles of hard driving. The place where I bought them said definitely do not buy the FM901 because of noise. I bought a set of Nexen N2000 for this coming summer. Look at the Nexen N3000, I think they make your size. I paid $300.00 delivered. The Fuzion tire is excellent. It has very good reviews on all the sites I visited.

I say go with the Fuzion ZRI's cause that's what I got here is my thread about them http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=14906 I love em.. they are way better than the Conti's they grip like hell... good luck with you tire shopping..
Jason, what are their treadwear ratings?I have a set of Kumho Ecsta ASX's..good ride quality, great traction, 420 treadwear rating, and quiet, much more than my Nankangs.
Well guys, thanks for the votes. I just got back about 10 min ago from getting my new tires. I finally just got off work and drove straight to Discount Tire. They had a few, but the 2 I was considering were the Fuzions and the Falkens. I ended up going with the cheaper of the 2 (the Fuzions) as my wife, who was supposed to PAY for them, donated a whopping $400 to the grand total of what ended up being right about $800. TBHWY, I don't like the way they fit and look but I LOVE the way they feel! I'll be sure to take pics tomorrow providing I can do it before it rains. I can finally feel safe driving in the rain and not have to worry about flying off the road in a spin! I also noticed that a tug I used to feel pulling the wheels when I hit a rut or groove in the road seems to have gone away. The ride is much smoother now as well! Thanks again guys!

Nice tires. Let us know how they work. We are supposed to have sunny weather and no snow for about 5 days, so I put my new Nexen's on tonight. I'll take them for a boot tomorrow, I can't wait. I'm sure we'll get another snow storm before spring and I'll have to switch back for a while.
