some places will list TSB titles. I don't think there is any free place for the general public to see the full text of all of the TSBs.

""CUSTOMERS MAY COMMENT THAT THE ENGINE BREAKS UP OR LACKS PERFORMANCE ABOVE 7,000 RPMS"(I'd be pissed if my engine "breaks up", probably do more than "comment" ) A TSB is a service bulletin, information being passed down to dealer service departments about various maintenance issues. They are not recalls, and whether or not a particular TSB has been applied to your car depends first on whether or not your car ever had the problem that the TSB is about.
