In need of a good Photochopper

Post by Psychobroker »

Hopefully someone with a sattelite colored Vibe...I'd like to 'chop' the front end of an '03 -- specifically the top grill portion only -- onto Psychovibe's body kit:This is the best '03 front pic I've found so far...Thanks in advance!

I love the kit, but my current front end w/ black grilles it really growing on me.EDIT: fixthed a typoh

I think we'd have to section out this whole piece (provided the specs are the same!) to get it to work.

thanks Drunken! I think the aspect ratio's a bit off on that chop, but it works for me Jason: I don't see why the shop I had been talking to can't do this...they do all custom work as well, so this shouldn't be a big problem. All they'd have to do it cut out the upper part of the kit, bondo the '03, sand, paint, etc.

Thanks a lot joatman and drunken! Yeah, if you could chop out the hood to stock that would be cool too, but we'll be getting the CF hood anyways so it'll only be accurate for a little while! That does look good though. I hope they can do it without charging us TOO much!

You should try to get ahold of your shop and see what they say about pricing for something like that, how much extra would they charge us? I am REALLY liking this idea. I doubt at this point we could get Aerogear to do this for us before shipping. That would be an easy swap so that anyone could keep the look for the 03/04 or 05 to their liking.

Just to think, the Psyco kit actually makes that horrid(05) front end look good, I really like it with the kit. BUT, I live in Philly and that kit would last all about five days before it was torn off by our lovely roads!
