I'm a little concerned, but not overly so.This morning i started the car so that it would warm up as i shovelled the driveway. After about a half hour, i moved the car backwards a car length so that i could clean up the little bit of snow under the parked car. There were 3 or 4 yellow drops in the snow? The coolant is pink, the windshield fluid is blue, the brake is brown(ish) and the transmission fluid doesn't look yellow?. What could this yellow snow be? If my dog wasn't as big as he is, i'd swear that he had gone under the car! They were located toward the back of the engine bay and below the front seats in the middle of the car.I looked all under the car as it was running and couldnt' see any sign of fluid dripping from anywhere nor the remanents of fluid on any surface.I turned off the car and started it back up and was still unable to re-create the drips. I even pulled the car forward again and checked the snow where it was just sitting...no drops.I let the car sit for about a half hour (turned off) while i showered, etc. When i left the house i started the car and backed up and checked in the spot and there were no drops.Am i partially worried for no reason? Where would light (bright?) yellow liquid come from in the Vibe? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't really worry about it. There was prolly an animal that came by at night and just was under there doin some stuff. I don't think it should be a major concern.Inder

I actually noticed the same thing last week, Atomb, when we had the big snowstorm last week (its amazing what a little snow reveals....). The Vibe had a bunch of bright yellow spots in the snow where the engine compartment was parked over.I'm pretty sure that it wasn't an animal as there would have been footprints in the snow. Does anyone know what this is?

Does anyone know what this is?so you saw it too!i don't think it was an animal...no foot prints.are ANY of the fluids in the vibe a light yellow colour?I don't think it was left over and dripping from the drive home as it wasn't coming off the mudflaps..just in the centre as i explained above...then again, looking under the car, there is a great spot for something to sit and keep warm ...near the exhaust.I'll check my parking spot here at work later today.
