MO.com's TMW Short Shift Kit SIGN UP

Post by Psychobroker »

Per TMWPerformance's post on page 5, this kit will COMPLETELY replace our shift assembly (goodbye slop!):Quote »Sorry for not giving you guys an update in a while, we just wanted to wait until we had something concrete. So here is the official update, the design for the Matrix shifter is complete. We chose to go with a complete replacement for the entire shift assembly. By doing this we are able to reduce both the shift throw, and the knob height of the shifter. Also, because our replacement shift assembly will be made from steel it will have much less flex or play than the stock assembly. This will provide a much more solid, direct feel during shifting. You will not have to cut any of your interior peices to install the part and it will not interfere with the compartment below the shifter. We're currently in the process of costing the part and testing the prototype. We should have an update on price and the exact release date by the end of this week or the begining of the next. Below you'll find a picture of what the part will look like. As soon as the prototype has been tested I'll post some pictures of the actual part. Signup thread here: http://www.matrixowners.com/fo...rt=45We're trying to convince TMW to open a Group Buy for us, so the more that sign up, the better!I really want this kit!

You GT people suck! How come I can't have a GT (or ever even learned how to drive a manual for that matter!)! I wish I had a GT, especially after riding in 1 for the first time the weekend before last!
