a couple long a$$ days

Post by joholste »

Yesterday morning at 0230(2:30 a.m) i got woken up for a recall test formation, and then worked allllllll friggin day until midnight, and then this morning we got woken up again for another recall test at 0245 and i worked all day until about 1945(7:45 p.m.) and tomorrow i'm more than likely gonna have another recall, which all these recalls by the way are punishment because my battalion got 3 DUIs last saturday night... and my company had 2 of them... we're all paying the price for these jerkfaces to have a little bit of fun... and on top of that yesterday my team leader was relieved and they appointed me to replace him...which i honestly don't want right now because i am not very capable of leading a team of infantry guys on my bum knee, which brings up another point the doctors are playing waiting games w/ me and my knee basically trying to get me to just live with my knee and not keep bothering me. my knee is swolleded right now and they keep telling me its nothing it'll go down next week(on week 5 of the swelling now), FRIGGIN INFANTRY DOCTORS.

most of the army doesn't, the 82nd "america's 911 elite strike force" does, mainly because we're deployable anywhere within 18 hours of pentagon saying they want us somewhere
