New to the Group!!!!!!!!!

Post by Red Dragon »

My name is Adam and I have recently joinged the genvibe community. I currently am a proud owner of an '03 vibe gt lava monotone. I would really like some suggestions on aftermarket upgrades for my car. I live in southwestern ontario, so maybe if some fellow memers are in the region they can let me know.I am looking for an injen CAI, magnaflow catback ex, and AEM true power pulley kit.If you can help I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Hey, welcome to the forums. For the Magnaflow catback, best price was from http://www.performancepeddler.com. You have to call them to get the Genvibe discount. And for the Injen CAI, I would recommend getting it from http://www.ultrarev.com. I have had great experiences with them. They shipped my intake in like 3-5 days. I was very satisfied with the products and their customer service.InderP.S. Any pics of your ride?

If you want to go for looks go for the G.M. bodykit besides thats the only one I know of in production. Any performance, I like Nopi.com they have just about everything a person would need to trick out their car.

I, too, am a new member to genvibe. I have inherited my Vibe from my wife. She whined until I gave her the new car I bought for myself, but it's ok. Part of the deal was me getting to modify my new (to me) car. So far I have put in a JL Audio system running off a Premier head unit, and I've put on a nice set of 16x7 American Racing wheels with new Firestones. The car looks good (pics will coming in the next week), but I want to add some performance. I've been thinking about a new air intake. And I've also read somewhere that GM performance division has an available supercharger for the base Vibe engine. Can anyone help me out in this area? Are there many aftermarket air intakes? And are they difficult to install? Thanks for you help....by the way, the new car I gave up was the new G6. I think I got the better deal.
