So I thought my PT and other cars have sliding visor extensions does the Vibe yet? I went to the dlr and looked at new Vibes, sure enough they have them... Optional if remembered correctly.I then asked my friend at GM for the P/N 88973396, drivers side with mirror. Not a cheap part but keeps my wife happy! Dlr list $69.00, I ended up getting it from GMpartsdirect.com for $47.16 + shipping. The ONLY drawback to it is that it is covered in cloth verses the vinyl on our 03. It is the same color just cloth. I could have replaced the passenger too but why bother, the drivers is the most important. I do not show the car and again one being cloth and one not, did not bother me. My PT reads sliding visor but the Vibe I noticed does not, weird.

How hard are they to remove? I might just have to go get an '05 from the Pontiac Store to 'test drive' LOL

There is a set of visors on eBay ... perhaps the expandable cloth ones:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...77683

I emailed the seller and asked if they had sliding extensions and made of cloth and the person said yes! Someone will get a great deal on these! I would ask again just to make doubly sure though!
