{With great appreciation for ragingfish and cohocarl for their previously posted tidbits about dash removal and finding 12v supplies...}2005 vibe, single CD head with no moon n tunes, no remote changer, no XM.purchased an auxbox with GM cable at good guys today, pulled the head unit and started the install:1) plugged the aux cable into the aux port2) found 12V by putting the supply wire into (what i am assuming by description was) the antenna amplifier wire.pressed aux and the old ipod fired right up and played.you can control how many songs it scrolls through by predetermining the playlist before running it through the aux button.the seek/scan buttons work and that seems to be about it. the display shows D1 TXX where XX is the track number, but it doesn't keep track quite accurately. also the CD time always scrolls from 1:00 to 2:00 and nothing else.it toggles back and forth from CD to AUX no problem.it doesn't charge when the key is off, but that has to do with where i found the 12v.no signal noise or anything as previously reported. hope it stays that way. took about a half an hour and now my ipod plays through my stock HU.any questions let me know, but i am pleased so far.Jeff
it may be the moon and tunes, cause i get the clicking on mine. but my music is lound enough to not hear it.unless muted.
