03 vibe gt questions
i just got a 03 2zz for my mr2 spyder and had a few quick questions. are the 03 vibes are cable or dbw? whats the redline on an 03? thanks!

i only ask cause on the celica 03+ is dbw with an 8400 redline.

The 03's are cable driven on the throttle body. The red line is about 8200-8400 at least it is on my 03 gt.

anyone know if the knock sensor is 2 or 1 wire? any variations between the vibe's 2zz and the celicas? does the apex power fc fit your harness? heh thanks!

I seem to remember reading that GM did the engine control electronics on the Vibes so they are different in that regard from the Toyotas. I can't say for sure that this applies to the parts in question, but you'll probably run into some difficulties putting the GM version into a Toyota.

Our ECU harness connector is different. I think fuel cut is 8350. cable throttle. They are toyota compatible.
Vibe GT, TRD springs, Progress bar, STB, Unichip, Borbet E 16x7.5, 225/50 Bridgestone RE750, beefed up grounds and battery bypass capacitors(had em laying around)
