I've been reading through all the archives in regards to adding an amp and sub to a stock HU. I got the M&T w/ XM. I've already purchased a line level converter. What i need to know is should i grab the signal before or after the amp. Noticed it was done both ways in previous posts.TIA
before or else you will be amping the signal mutiple times. the m&T amp is not the greatest in the world you should get cleaner signal out of going right to your amp

I knew it wouldn't sound as good coming out of the amp as it would be too much power and probably cause distortion.
