Question about AC Outlet

Post by pzoo »

What use is this thing...I tried pluging a Dirt Devil hand vac in this afternoon (rated 2 amps), but it shut down after a couple seconds. I tried a boombox next and that shut off quickly too. It seems only really light-duty things (cell phone charger) are the only items that work. These things usually work off the cig. lighter anyway. Has anyone ever got a vac or something similar to work?

I had some christmas lights running a few weeks ago, it was pretty cool, looked funny, but the joy of christmas was alive in my vibe...
