Getting Vibe part numbers

Post by GMJAP »

What is the best way to find out part numbers for Vibe parts? Ragingfish has a great little list, but I've often been looking for things not on there. Is there a parts list available for sale somewhere? Do dealers keep one in the parts dept that customers can look through?

Generally no dealers do not keep lists for customers to look through, everything is in their PC database now. Usually if you go in and ask for a price you can then say can I have the P/N so when I com back I can order it. I have seen on eBay CD's for sale listing every dealership P/N on other vehicles, might try there too.

I bought a full parts manual with schematics for the Vibe for $3.00 several months ago on Ebay. It did not include internal engine parts. I see them all the time still on Ebay.

I have a full parts list, I just haven't had time to add those parts to my ultimate list on here...You're always welcome to post up a thread looking for part numbers and I or someone else will help whenever possible!
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

Raging, if you would look something up that would be awesome.A family member has also purchased an '05 vibe, and would like the "fully-contented" center armrest. I replaced my "decontented" center armrest with a Matrix one which is higher and still has the tray, but toyota parts are $$$ (it was $106).I'm looking for the center armrest/cover/tray assembly part # off a 2003/2004 Vibe, to get price and get it if it's less. The following thread has a Matrix parts list, and shows the cover on p.9 of the PDF, toyota part # 58905-02210-B1http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=1232If you get a chance to look this up for the 03/04 Vibe, I'd really appreciate it!Cheers

GMPartsDirect is $144, dealer is $289.I guess that says 2 things:1) Get parts from GMPartsDirect2) Toyota isn't always more. Guess I'll have 'em get the Matrix cover! Now, on to Ebay for an '05 parts list....
