Really nice photo effect!Today, the camera is only about 20% of the equation. You can do a TONS of enhancement with Photoshop and similar packages. Even some of the 'free' packages you get with a photodisc, etc., have some amazing filter effects. I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9.Old-school photographic trick: Hollywood and 35mm photographers have had 'crosstar' glass filters for years. If you want to produce a '4-point star' look to lights and highlights, just hold a piece of window screen over the lens when you snap the pic. It works best at night. If your automatic lens stops down too much (e.g. f8, f11, f16 or higher), you'll probably actually see the screen somewhat out of focus in the picture.Try rotating the screen to different angles to change the effect.Just for grins, I used the 'sunburst' effect from PSP9 to enhance your original:
