First door ding!!!!!!!

Well after 6 months/10,000 miles and I got my first door ding! I always park in purgatory and walk for hours to keep my baby ding free and for some strange reason so old fart decides she wants to park inches away and fling her door at will. My god, the next closest car was six spaces away, then nothing! Luckily it's small and only on the molding, but it haunts me just thinking about it. Was able to put some touch-up paint on it when I got home but still, have some respect for other people property. My last vehicle was a Ford 150 XLT 4x4 with 100000 and without so much as a scratch when I sold it. I ran it hard and hauled a lot of stuff, tons of trips to the big box home stores (ding city) yet not one battle scar. Oh well, at least the touch-up job was decent. Jim

I had my shadow vibe three days....and got "dinged" in the parking lot at Wal-Mart. I parked wayy off in the back and saw her and her black Ford Escape smack the side. Same as you in the molding and I will touch it up in the spring. It sucks but hey, better than getting hit by a tire!A
