The trim? Are you talking about the weatherstriping that is right above the door handle? If so, mine came off an I took to the dealer and they took care of it.Inder

Reuse and recycle, I always say.My weatherstripping around the top of the driver and passenger front windows has expanded and is starting to buckle. I've got 37K on this car; you think GM will help replace it? Anyone else had this problem? I'm suspecting that the heat has gotten to it somehow, but there's no obvious damage to it...just looks funny.

my passenger weatherstripping above the door handle has been peeling and leaving plastic like residue on the window since i got the car... im at like 27K already... so i need to take mine in, soon.If its any part and your still under warranty take it to the dealer. if out of warranty, see if they will still help you, or see what the trim costs and replace it.Other then that not much else if you can pretty much rip it off.
