My thoughts.(A) They indicate H4 dual-beam is special order. They may tack on a charge on top of the winning bid for that added functionality. The dual-beam mechanism is kinda pricey. Find out before you bid.(B) They do NOT include a wiring harness according to that picture. If you want to properly wire these up, you need a wiring harness that takes the load off the stock wiring and puts it on the battery. That's another $50 or so right there.(C) The seller is based in Tokyo. I've always been hesitant to deal with foreign bidders. That's just me though.(D) 8000°K is not necessarily a cop magnet. In the states, any HID kit, REGARDLESS of colour temperature, that is not installed by the vehicle manufacturer at the factory, is automatically illegal. That being said, a properly aimed, properly installed system won't likely draw abnormal attention that might give police a reason to pull you over. I have had my headlight HIDs in for about 6 months, and my full kit for about 1 month, and not a single problem with the police. Finally, keep in mind, a well placed, proper installation will take far longer than 15-20 minutes. It took me a good 2-3 hours to install the fog kit...that includes running and wiring up the harness, finding a place to mount the ballasts, and wiring everything up.If you do decide to go for it though, let me know if I can help with the install at all...question-wise anyway...unless there happens to be a Quebec meet I make it to sometime soon (*hint hint ArcsVibe! )
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
