Thanks so much for the input on anti lock brakes. It sounds like I need to put out the extra cash for it. I didn't get any hits on a gm certificate... I would be very appreciative if anyone could obtain a gm in the driveway certificate for me. I am negotiating with the car dealer and am hoping to pick it up on Monday. That is if the 12+ inches of snow that have been dumped on us in the last 36 yours ever let up. I have been looking and salivating over vibes every since they first hit the market. But lifes issues kept throwing out roadblocks; my husband was unemployed for several months (job moved to Mexico). We have gotten one son through college, and have two others now attending. I was hoping with the lackluster sales report for GM and all the incentives, plus my gm points to shore up a really great deal. I know they have the red tag sales event and now you can use the supplier discount with it but you can't use your gm points if you use the supplier discount. However you can use the gm in the driveway certificate.Happy Holidays Everyone ...CC
With 12+ inches of snow on the ground and it being the end of the month the dealer might discount that Vibe close to the GM in the Driveway price anyway.Someone once posted what the "in the driveway price" amounts to - probably similar to the supplier price. - not as good as the employee price.

Thanks, that rocks! I've not heard about it up here in Canada. I know that there is a Union deal with the CAW/UAW on Chrysler cars and trucks but nothing, I think, with GM. CheersA
