Soooo we all know nitrous is expensive but affective. Well what about CO2 injection into the intake? I heard that you can inject it into your CAI and bring the temp of the air down to like -30 or something like that? Not sure how affective this would be on performance but it would sure sound cool (removed). My friend and I were thinkin about doing that and then buying some purge valves to install in the wheel wells so it looks and sounds like nitrous lol. I know it's a little ricey with the purge valves but I think it would be awsome as hell.
I don't if you'd cover enough surface area on the intake to get the air to a noticeably cooler temp if you just sprayed the tube. I've seen people freeze their intercoolers with a fire extinguisher before going on a drag run. That may work. There's a company that makes intakes with a dry-ice box built around the tube and they claim moderate gains.
there is a bulb that goes into the intake. the co2 sprays into that and the air flows across it.mabey good for 5hp or so
look my sniggies, i had a strizz-oke in my brizz-ain okay, you know what im saying. so i cant move all good. but thanks for mentioning that .thank you very much.athf4evr. click here! you know you want to!!!
satur9 is right..its a cry02 system i have one just not in my car yet..i have a post alittle while back about it..just waiting for my bodykit. itll look alot better..a coupl eof my friends have it and it is a difference that u can feel. i would definatly recommend it. and if u want the purge system also then u have to buy another switch or else it will go off into the intake when u want to just have the purge going off and vice versa...also for the c02 u can get it at any paint ball shop when u run out..its 1 bucka lbs.
My Car, with the kit on. it looks awesome! come and check it out, tell me what u think.P.S. the gray will be painted momentarily http://www.cardomain.com/ride/514882/1
well u can check out some sites the prices very....the kits are kinda price but worth the power and reactions of the people who c it happen!

I think I'll just order a NX 10lb bottle and use that to fill it instead of paying $100 for the cryO2 canister. We will just buy everything seperately.

Hopefully in about 2 years I'm gonna turbo my GT with a full engine upgrade the guys at monkey wrench said they could probably manage 425 ish hp for $10,000 plus like another $3,000 for beefing the transmission to handle it. Need the warranty to run out and then make a few extra grand and I'll be set

I know guys that have done WI setups for $50 that use parts from Home Depot... (Hell, I was working one up for my *stock* Talon...*grin*)Another advantage to using the Wiper Res. is that Wiper Fluid is 49.5% Water, 49.5% Alcohol, and .25% Blue Coloring...and the Alcohol vaporises (and therefore *COOLS* your intake charge as well, or better than, the water does...)Drop me a line if you're interested... I'd love to turbo my GT (mildly) with the pile of knowledge that I gained from owning the Talon...but the $3000 entry fee to join the Turbo Vibe Club is a bit steep...
