Bungie Cords

Post by KSNeptune »

I didn't get gargo nets, since they haven't proved very useful in the trunk of my '02 Altima. But the one thing Pontiac clearly SHOULD have thrown in with my Vibe is a nice matching set of bungie cords. With the tie-down loops and floor track loops there has yet to be anything I couldn't figure out how to strap down with 2 or more bungie cords. Obviously I provided my own, but it would have been nice to have grey or black cords with body-color powder coated hooks. The tire tie-down straps are nearly worthless. So, anyone else keep 4 or more bungie cords in their Vibe at all times?KSNeptune

Yeah, and those bungie cords would probably cost about $10 each when you could buy a pack of 10 for that amount. Yes, I carry bungie cords in the passenger side "taillight" compartment.

I've had a few bungie cords kicking around that strap down my snowbrush (hey, it's a Canadian thing) and my snowboard when it's in there. Everyone I've shown is pretty enthralled with the whole tieback loop system in the cargo area.
