Towing with a trailer hitch

Hello all:Have any of you had experience with installing a trailer hitch on your Vibe and doing any towing? Where do you buy your hitch from, and what (if any) modifcations did you have to do the bumper area to accomodate the hitch? What kind of load did you tow? Did you actually weigh the load first to make sure you were under 1,500 lbs? How did your Vibe behave towing the load? How did you alter your driving to accomodate the load?Thanks so much for your help in advance.

If you browse the Exterior forum or do a Search, you will find many posts on Trailer Hitch installations and questions. Here are a few:http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id ... d=336There are no bumper modifications necessary, until the Sport Package arrives (which adds lower rear fascia to the bumper). Most trailer hitch packages available now are easy to install in less than 15 minutes with the proper tools.
