I took the plunge also, but I ended up getting myself a used Treo 600 on ebay for about $320. It comes with everything (including an ear piece), but no user manual.I thought it was a pretty good price. I really didn't see any benefit to waiting for the Treo 650 to be supported by Cingular and then waiting to get a used one (as I am already in the middle of a service plan).Rasermon - did you have a palm before moving to the Treo 600? I have a Palm IIIC that has lots of information that I need to get into the Treo 600.
