The instructions in the forum search say that the words AND and OR may be used in a search. OK. I searched for "1zz AND clutch" to find articles about experiences with the clutch on the 1zz (base) Vibe. The search came back, but the word "and" was highlighted in the search results, like the search engine was using "and" as a search term and not as a boolean operator.Same thing when I enclosed the whole thing in parentheses. The "help" button (is that the one with the question mark that doesn't say 'help'?) was worthless. Thanks for any insight into this.

The text on the search screen is not helpful.if you just put in the two terms "1zz clutch" (without quotes) it does a logical AND , and will return posts that have both terms in themif you put in "1zz - clutch" (without quotes) it will work like a logical OR, return posts with either 1zz or clutchif you put in "1zz clutch" (this time with the quotes) it will treat the phrase in the quotes as a single search item and will only return the threads that have the word 1zz immediately followed by a space and then the word clutch I haven't seen a combination a more involved logical statement work, but haven't tried real hard either.something like all the posts that have 1zz and clutch, or the posts that have base and transmission The + sign seems to have some effect something like (+1zz +clutch) - (+base +slipping)
