hosting pics?

With my internet package, a have 5meg to build my own web page or hosting pics.I would like use it but I'm totally dumb with HTML and all those stuff. I'm looking for a easy way to created web pages and or hosting pics. What software should I use? How can I do it?Anyone?

I have a website for my daughter....I really don't know anything about computers except what I learn from playing around on them. My computer came with a program called Trellix which is really easy to use. It sets you up with an internet address and everything....I've never done anything like that before and i think it turned out ok. http://members.tripod.com/mayaseye/index.htm you can set up a website at tripod.com for free u just have to deal with the annoying adds that pop up......other than that it's pretty easy....hope that can be of some help to you
