Yup, I bought it Friday, and didn't even know how to drive the GT home since it's got a 6 speed...but I learned over the weekend. Still scared of starting off still, but that will leave in time (I hope)Here's a link for pics http://www.mitro.net and click on "vibe vault"...I think I'm painting calipers this weekend...decided to go with yellow after a long yellow or red debate... While yellow calipers may show a lot more dirt than red, I think it would be a better accent color for the Neptune Blue Monotone.I ordered a yellow "pontiac" inlay for the gate and yellow "GT" overlays for all the badges from Grafxwerks...I think I'll leave the "Vibe" badge alone because I like the look of the silver. If only I could get tint now...but it's too cold. I'm still wondering what to do for plates though...I want personalized but something my boyfriend wouldn't mind being seen driving in...any ideas?

Hey guys,,, thanks for the compliments on the GA.It WAS my project car, but now it looks as though the tides have turned. Nova: I'd be willing to bet good money the Vibe could beat my GA as is. For some reason mine is particularly slow compared to others I know, running the quarter just a hair under 16 seconds. I've put the Vibe through its paces a bit already and I'm quite amazed at what its capable of. And as to the subject of a link to genvibe on my site... thats a possibility, although almost nobody sees my site. Since this is only my second post on this board I think I may hold off for now. After all, you may kick me off for not being one of you! lol Just think of me as a 2ZZ wannabe

His GA is slow, even with the extra mods...somethin just isn't right but techs say the car is fine. Go figure. I think the fastest I've heard a 99+ GA run is 15.5 in the 1/4 mile...

15.5 @ 85 is what my old '93 Sunbird LE ran. It had a 3.1L V6 which is just a slightly smaller version of the 3.4L in his GA/GT. However, the Sunbird is alot lighter than the GA.
The fastest naturally aspirated 99+ GA I know runs a 14.7 and a couple forced induction ones run in the high/mid 13s. Cars with similar mods to mine run 15.3-15.5 all the time... but not mine
