Auxiliary input works in my 2005

This post http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=8271 is the reason for my issuing this new yet continued topic regarding auxiliary input to the factory radio. I successfully installed an iPod mini to the single cd player in my 2005 Vibe. The radio must have a large 24 pin and small 12 pin connector on the back (see attachment).
