Accesorry outlet in bottom of Center Console ?

I just bought an 05 Vibe and in the bottom of the Center Console is a plug for the hole where the accessory outlet was on the 04's. I would like to have one there, so does anyone know if the wiring would still be there for one, perhaps maybe under the Center Console or under carpet even ?I was thinking that if the wiring is still there, but just "hidden" then I could simply go to a parts store and order/buy a accessory outlet and install it into that hole at the bottom of the Center Console.

I have an '05 and I have this plug. I don't know why you don't. Maybe it was a running model change halfway through production.
