I agree with the people who doubt the alleged speed.I too would also like to hear the answer to the "What in the hell were you thinking?" question.

At first I thought that he did, but when I found out it was an RC51 and not a CBR1000RR, I doubt it now. The new R1 and ZX10R both do 185 off the showroom floor, and the GSXR1000 and 1000RR aren't that far behind.So could it be done? Yeah, but not on that bike.

Quite possibly, the pilot has lysdexia and is really bad at math like me. Yes, if it really did happen, what the hell? Risking his life there....
