Vibe windshild visor?

Post by alk21633 »

Forgive me guys if I ask questions which are throwbacks to the 50s and 60s, but has anyone considered a small windshield sun visor for the vibe ? I do not mean a tint , I mean on the outside, over the windshield.

Do you mean on the outside on the windshield? Right... Or on the inside like a piece of tint across from left to right?

sorry, can't help with that. But that brings up a question I have, and maybe a solution. I am getting my windows tinted tomorrow. Yes Debi is back with more questions. Yes, you guys are bad influences. The mods are starting. I got the remote started and car alarm put in last saturday. He even put in the hatch window opening thing for me on the new remote. And put on the window visor things. Next the hitch and bike rack. Ordered the mini SUV tent. I would buy the bug shield if it fix. What is next, the cold air intake. Just kidding. I know I have an AWD. So, according to the state law window tint forms that someone was nice enough to put on this board, Ct lets you have 4 inches of tint on the windshield. Should I get some there. Or would that interfere with the radio antenna I guess that is what all those dots are that are up there. Or is that too high up to be any use anyhow? Seems like it would look funny ending aburptly at 4 inches. I would like to get a vibe window sign with a backround. That would be cool. But they all are clear. Thanks all.

those dots are just cosmetic. they don't do anything other than supposed to help keep the sun out of your eyes!

Has anyone else noticed that there are also about 1" of dots, but only on the passenger side of the windshield along the A pillar? Not on the driver's side, though! LOL

You mean like this, ala 1940's? Don't get too excited, it's just a photo-chop. (Black lines added to emphasize the contour)Welcome to Genvibe, by the way!

Good point! Hadn't thought of that. I DO wonder why they just didn't put the sensor closer to the middle of the dashboard, though!
