My vibe has an Auto Trans. After it sits overnight, or all day, it makes a faint metallic click when I put it in reverse. It only happens once. If I put it in drive and then in reverse after that is does NOT click. Anyone experience this?

How new is your Vibe??I had this same noise for a day or two then it went away when I first picked up my Vibe. A few other members had the same experience. As far as what I have read, most dealers are saying this is a normal occurrence and will go away after some time. Here are a few threads that discuss the problem, but note that not everyone has the same issues. I would recommend you waiting it off a little bit if it isn't a huge annoyance to you. Don't get the dealers changing/swapping/replacing things unless necessary. That may only cause problems.http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id ... ead?id=445
