Upload/download speed??

Well I just some problems with my cable internet service and when I talked to the tech guy he told me to go to a site and check my upload and download speed. Everything is fine now but I was just wondering what speeds are genvibers running at? Here is the site and here is my speed.http://www.testmy.net/At the top it says download speed test and upload speed test. Try a medium file then post results for both.my download speed
