most people swear they can feel a difference with the strut bar.some say our shock towers are too close to the firewall for them to make a difference.i think the most of the strut bars are for show only so a cheap one really doesnt matter.the ebay bars i noticed at the meet were rusting but nothing a little paint wont fix.i ordered one i shoudve had it at the meet but im still waiting.the shipping is more than the bar itself.if you want a good one get a trd or see if devlop is still making bars.or some people here have the ptuning freedom design bar.
look my sniggies, i had a strizz-oke in my brizz-ain okay, you know what im saying. so i cant move all good. but thanks for mentioning that .thank you very much.athf4evr. click here! you know you want to!!!

Doh! But I completely agree I think it would be better going with a "for show purposes" strut bar even though I could swear mins helped a bit for performance(then again ya never can tell if its a placebo )

Depends on what you want....show or go. That definately looks like a show bar. I had a strut tower brace on my Cobra, and it's purpose is to reduce frame twisting when cornering. THe brace I had (and it came from the factory) was made up of 3/4 inch tube steel welded to mounting plates that connected at the firewall and both strut towers....needless to say it was a lot beefier looking than that one.
I really didn't notice any difference in the handling other than when I first took it out for a quick spin with it on. Seems to be just a little less lean on a corner taken slow. I was looking hard for any changes and thats about all I seen after installing mine. But I love the look of it. The look is why I bought mine.
i got my TRD stb used for half the price new. it'd never even been installed yet! if not for that, then i probably wouldn't get one. if you want a good solid stb, then talk to devlop. he makes some nice sturdy ones he designed off the TRD one.
