Well they sent me the wrong intake cause it don't even come close to fitting... I told them before I even tried to put it in it was the wrong one.. they incisted that it was the right one.... etc etc... and it took them for ever to get back with me... well now I got a bunch of scratches from trying to make it fit... and I am realy PO'ed so buyers beware... get Injen or AEM screw Cosmo!!!
P.S. this is a part of the e-mail they sent me..Quote »The 2003 and 2004 models they are all the same for the Vibe GT even the 2004 model equipped with the air pump. and we all know that's BS cause they have different kits on there website.. etc...
Canadian Tire here in canada goofed up my order for a cold air intake as well, told me it would fit and all that, they ended up getting me a short ram... I didn't buy it and never went back to them. I bought a Injen instead.

When Injen makes one specificaly for an 04' Vibe GT and someone else has put it in and it works.. I might consider getting one.. other than that... it an't happening.... I was so mad... its unbelievable... but I still love my car all the same... just not ever getting or recomend anything from Cosmo Racing...
I have aCosmos on my '03 and I had to take a block of wood and put a tiny dent in the tube where it hit the headlight housing because it was putting too much pressure on it, I works perfectly fine now, and the dent isn't visible at all because of the battery. Sounds great though.

In my case... the pipe hit the fender well in three spots.. the headlight and the air pump.. and just did not fit... whould not even line up to attatch to throttle body....
Well it seems that Cosmo has got some bad parts.. cause they admitted that they have had a couple complaints and believe there pipes might be bent the wrong way.. so I am sending mine back and getting a full refund. They have been very nice about it, so I am greatfull for that.

Yes, I do have a Injen CAI for my 2004 Vibe GT. I ordered the CAI for the 2004 Toyota Matrix XRS and it fits fine. It comes in 2 pieces and there is an extra vacuum hose which connects with the smog unit. I had a couple problems with the vacuum hose getting crimped causing the Check Engine Light to go off, but some duct tape made it all better.
