The ECM is inside the dash board--I'll bet it has something to do with the airbag sensors.Hey-Nova Resource-- Check your shop manual and chime in on this.....My curiousity is peaked. Thanks James

Last week, I was out shopping and noticed that the store I was in had Christmas lights on sale. Recalling a post I read earlier on the message board, I bought some and set about the task to decorate the interior of my Vibe with them. So I plugged them into the dash and hung them all the way around the inside of the car up along the roofline. It looks pretty cool, but they are too bright at night to drive around with them on. I know that Santa usually brings US the presents, but if I could give him one this year, instead of cookies and milk (and a hot furnace at the bottom of the chimney), I'd give him an inverter to install on his sleigh so he could light it up inside and out.

I've got som icicle lights that im in the process of hanging in my vibe. I'm probably only going to hang them in the back part of the vibe so that they wont interfere with the driver.
